Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, founded in 1924 in Haro, sources this 100% Verdejo from the high plains of Rueda in Castilla y León, one of Spain's premier white-wine regions. The grapes are handled with nitrogen and carbon dioxide blanketing to preserve freshness, then cold-fermented in stainless steel.
