Sartori is a family winery based in Verona, in Italy's Veneto region, with roots going back to 1898. This Pinot Grigio is sourced from the Delle Venezie DOC, spanning the plains of the Tre Venezie, and is made using soft pressing followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the grape's natural character.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw color with a delicate, complex bouquet of fruit and floral notes. Dry on the palate, pleasantly fresh and velvety, with crisp acidity and clean citrus and green-apple character.
