Domaine Bernard Fleuriet et Fils is a family estate based in the hamlet of La Vauvise, Menetou-Ratel, in the Cher department of the Loire Valley. Founded in the early 1990s by Bernard Fleuriet with just 1.5 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc, the domaine has grown under his sons Benoit and Mathieu to roughly 25-35 hectares spread across the Sancerre and Menetou-Salon appellations, farmed organically and biodynamically. The whites are made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grown on the region's chalky, silty-clay soils.
