Cantina Fratelli Carafoli (Famiglia Carafoli) was founded in 1919 by Mauro Carafoli in Ravarino, near Sorbara in Emilia-Romagna's Modena province, expanding into the heart of Lambrusco di Sorbara production with a 1965 vineyard purchase and now run by the third generation. La Divina is a Lambrusco di Sorbara pet-nat made from Salamino, Marani and Grasparossa grapes grown on alluvial soil, fermented using the petillant naturel method with refermentation in bottle; 11.5% ABV and 4.18 g/L residual sugar.
