Chateau Suduiraut, a Premier Cru Classe estate in Sauternes since the 1855 classification, has been owned by AXA Millesimes since 1992. Its formal gardens were designed by Andre Le Notre, gardener to Louis XIV. Lions de Suduiraut was created as an accessible wine specifically designed to reveal the pleasures of Sauternes, from a plot of the estate's vineyard with vines averaging 20 years old, blending Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
