Josep Foraster is produced at Mas Foraster, a family winery in Montblanc, Conca de Barberà, committed to organic viticulture since 1998. 'Brisat del Coster' is made from 100% old-vine Macabeu grown in the El Coster vineyard (alluvial soils of clay-limestone with river stone and slate), macerated and fermented on the skins for over 20 days.
