Profile & Story

Domaine André Kientzler is a small, fifth-generation family estate spread across the villages of Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Hunawihr and Riquewihr in Alsace, farming 13.8 hectares of vines (4.4 of which are Grand Cru), imported to the US by AP Wine Imports. 'La Soif' is a dry blend built around Chasselas and Riesling, vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 8 months on lees. Alcohol 13%.

Tasting Notes

A dry blended white with the right balance of fruit and liveliness, giving a nice impression of freshness. Fine and diverse aromas with notes of bright, white fruits.

Pairing Recommendation

Pairs well with seafood, and is equally enjoyable as an aperitif wine.
