Leflaive & Associes is the negociant label of Domaine Leflaive, the storied Puligny-Montrachet estate whose roots trace to 1717. Domaine Leflaive was a pioneer of biodynamic farming in Burgundy, beginning trials in the early 1990s under Anne-Claude Leflaive and completing the conversion of all 24 hectares of estate vineyards by 1997. This Bourgogne Blanc draws on fruit farmed with the same meticulous, biodynamic care as the domaine's grand and premier cru holdings, including the Puligny parcels of Les Parties, Les Houlieres, and La Plante des Champs — an accessible entry point into the Leflaive style.
