Profile & Story
Albet i Noya, founded in 1979 in Sant Pau d'Ordal in the Penedès, was one of Spain's pioneers of organic viticulture. Petit Albet Brut Reserva is a certified-organic Cava made in the traditional méthode champenoise from the classic Penedès trio of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, aged 15 months on the lees. It meets the Clàssic Penedès seal's standard of 100% reserve, 100% organic and 100% Penedès-grown fruit.
Tasting Notes
Honeycrisp apple and white blossom on the nose, with bright, citrusy notes of ruby grapefruit and Meyer lemon carried by a fine, persistent mousse.
