Casa Jipi is a collaborative project in Baja California's San Vicente Valley, pairing fruit from Rancho Llano Colorado with winemaking by Lulu Martínez Ojeda at Vinícola Bruma. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is fermented at low temperature and aged six months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Light-bodied, bright and expressive, with passion fruit, fresh-cut grass and green guava on the nose, and grapefruit and lychee carrying through a bone-dry, clean finish.
