D. Bosler is a Casablanca Valley project built around winemaker Pablo Morandé, credited as a pioneer of modern Chilean winemaking. This rosé comes from a single, sustainably farmed Pinot Noir vineyard, given a brief skin maceration of up to two hours before fermenting in stainless steel.

Green apple on the nose, with watermelon and a hint of wet stone on the palate; dry, crisp and medium-light in body.
