Champagne Guy Méa is a family-run grower estate in Louvois, one of Champagne's smallest Grand Cru villages on the southwestern edge of the Montagne de Reims. Five generations deep, the domaine is now run by Sophie Milesi, who farms 24 parcels across Grand and Premier Cru sites without synthetic chemicals. L'Assemblage blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, aged in tank before an extended rest on the lees.
