Vin Ruhlmann is a family estate in Ammerschwihr, Alsace, producing traditional-method sparkling and still wines under AOC designations with sustainable, HVE-certified viticulture. Their Crémant Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir, Alsace's only red grape, from hand-harvested fruit aged a minimum of twelve months on the lees before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes
A brilliant salmon-pink hue opens to clear aromas of raspberry and strawberry, with a fine, persistent mousse and a flavorful, slightly rounded palate.
