Bodegas Gallegas is one of Galicia's largest wine groups, family-owned and run by siblings Manuel and Myriam Vázquez, operating five wineries across the region's top D.O.s (Rías Baixas, Ribeiro, Ribeira Sacra) in close collaboration with local growers who maintain the area's century-old winemaking traditions. Alectum is 100% Albariño, destemmed and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel (around 12.5% ABV), from vines aged 7-20 years on granitic, clay and sandy soils of the Salnés Valley.
