Chris and Kathryn Hermann founded 00 Wines in the Willamette Valley in 2015, applying time-honored white Burgundy technique -- including the "Black Chardonnay" method of extended skin/oxygen contact before fermentation -- to premier cool-climate Oregon fruit. VGW draws from historic, acclaimed vineyards across the four corners of the valley to showcase the vintage's full character.
