Profile & Story

Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Ay, Billecart-Salmon remains one of the few great Champagne houses still independently family-owned. "Le Rose" is the estate's benchmark pink Champagne, blending Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a small addition of still red wine for color and depth, made in the refined, precise house style Billecart-Salmon is known for.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon-pink in the glass, with red berry and fresh rose petal aromas, a delicate, silky mousse, and a crisp, elegant finish.
