Profile & Story
Tony and Youmna Asseily produced their first vintage at Chateau Biac, high above the vines in the Cotes de Bordeaux, in 2007. Secret de Biac is their small-production sweet cuvee, made almost entirely from Semillon selected berry-by-berry across multiple botrytis passes.
Tasting Notes
Enchanting aromas of dried apricot, white peach, and orange marmalade, with hints of cinnamon and spice over a rich, botrytis-driven palate.
