Mas Amiel is one of Roussillon's benchmark producers of Vin Doux Naturel, farming steep terraced vineyards above the village of Maury. This white bottling is made primarily from late-harvested Grenache Gris with a touch of Grenache Blanc, fortified during fermentation to preserve natural sweetness.

Rich and honeyed with notes of dried apricot, orange peel, and toasted almond, balanced by a fresh, lifted finish.
