Weingut Heinrich is the biodynamic estate of Gernot and Heike Heinrich in Gols on Lake Neusiedl, Burgenland, founded in 1990 and farmed biodynamically since 2006 as founding members of Austria's Respekt-BIODYN association.

Tasting Notes

A blend of Chardonnay, Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), Roter Traminer and Muskat Ottonel, macerated on skins for up to two weeks, spontaneously fermented and aged in amphora and large neutral oak; aromas of mandarin, blood orange and guava with white flowers and subtle pepper, a textural palate of citrus peel and stone fruit with delicate tannins.
