Mersel Wine farms indigenous Merwah vines over 150 years old at 1,600 meters in the Qannoubine Valley, Bsharri district of North Lebanon - one of the first wineries in the country to produce completely natural, additive-free, unfined and unfiltered wine.
Tasting Notes
100% Merwah, hand-picked in mid-October and fermented on skins for three weeks with the cap broken by hand, then racked into half neutral barrel and half stainless tank; a natural skin-contact orange wine named for the Phoenix, the Lebanese national bird.
