Profile & Story
Domaine Olivier Pithon was founded in Calce (Roussillon) in 2001 by Olivier Pithon, younger brother of Loire winemaker Jo Pithon, with guidance from neighboring Domaine Gauby. The 19-hectare estate on schist, marl and limestone has been farmed biodynamically since 2010.
Tasting Notes
A blend of Grenache Noir, Mourvedre and Syrah aged in concrete vat, made in partnership with a handful of neighboring organic growers; a crunchy, chillable red with fresh cherry, blueberry, tart cranberry and lemon zest.
