Domaine de l'Aumonier is the family estate of Sophie and Thierry Chardon in Couffy, Touraine (Loire Valley), organic since 2006 and biodynamic-certified in 2023.

Tasting Notes

A blend of Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc made in the petillant naturel method, aged around 12 months on the lees, giving rich, toasty brioche aromas and fine bubbles.
