Profile & Story

Alberto Longo is a third-generation grower in northern Puglia, farming 35 hectares at Masseria Celentano near San Severo and working with the oenologist Graziana Grassini. Donnadele is dedicated to Adele, Alberto's mother. It is made from 100% Negroamaro, fermented at controlled temperature and vinified in steel, with contact between must and skins for about 18 to 24 hours.
