Le Sabbie dell'Etna Bianco is a pioneer label of Firriato's Etna production and part of the house's history -- a terroir entirely unlike the rest of Sicily, with cold winters and less intense sunlight, so the grapes ripen slowly and build their aromas more linearly. The blend is Carricante with Catarratto, grown on loamy-sandy soils of volcanic origin with very high drainage, which give the wine its particular minerality, enriched by the aromatic contribution of Carricante and its elegant nuances of white fruit.
