Profile & Story

Casa Vinicola Carlo Botter has produced wine in Fossalta di Piave, near Venice, since 1928. Montefresco is their Prosecco DOC label, sourced from Veneto hillside vineyards and made in the Charmat (tank) method from 100% Glera; ABV 11%, approx. 12 g/L residual sugar.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles; a complex bouquet of peach and green apple with hints of acacia and lilac; fresh and light on the palate with balanced acidity.
