Profile & Story

Château Suduiraut is a historic Premier Cru Classé estate of Sauternes, in Preignac, now owned by AXA Millésimes. The 2013 is a blend of approximately 90% Sémillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, ABV 13.6%, 145 g/L residual sugar, harvested across three tries between late September and late October at a yield of 15 hL/ha.

Tasting Notes

Green-gold in color; a powerful nose of tropical fruit (mango), notes of wood and spice with a touch of verbena. A rich attack and smooth body give way to pineapple, star fruit and milky caramel flavors, with a fresh finish of tangerine and white pepper.
