Profile & Story
Domaine Gagey is Maison Louis Jadot's own domaine, run by the Gagey family who own and manage the Jadot house. This Pernand-Vergelesses 'Les Combottes' comes from a south-west-facing plot at the top of the village on secondary limestone soil; hand-harvested fruit is gently pressed and fermented in oak barrels from Jadot's own cooperage (about one-third new), then aged roughly 15 months on fine lees.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus, fresh pastry and melon on a medium-to-full body; ample and open-knit with juicy acidity and a pure finish.

Producer/retailer-recommended with seafood, salmon (sushi, tartare, ceviche), and vegetarian dishes such as courgette fritters or vegetable tian.
