Profile & Story
Domaine Vocoret et Fils has farmed in Chablis since 1870, now in its fourth generation (Patrice, Sylvain and Jérôme Vocoret). The Premier Cru Vieilles Vignes cuvées come from the domaine's oldest Chardonnay vines, planted in the 1950s, on classic Kimmeridgian limestone in the Vaillons climat, vinified and aged in demi-muids and large oak foudres.
Tasting Notes
Nose of bergamot, white flowers and minerality; the palate shows toasted bread and vanilla alongside citrus notes, with a honeyed finish of brioche and toasted almond.

Producer-recommended with fish, shellfish, charcuterie and poultry; suggested serving temperature 10-13°C.
