Domaine de l'Harmas is a family estate in the Bois Lauzon quarter of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, farmed organically since 2012 by Nathalie and Patrick Fabre. Their Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge "Tradition" is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Mourvèdre. The fully destemmed, hand-harvested grapes ferment without added yeast in concrete vats for 25 to 30 days with temperature control and daily pumping-over and punch-downs, then age 12 to 18 months in concrete vat before the estate bottles the wine itself. The 2022 vintage of this cuvée received one star in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2025.
