Profile & Story

Domaine Laroche has made wine in Chablis, Burgundy, drawing on more than 1,000 years of regional winemaking heritage. Its Saint Martin cuvée is conceived as a tribute to the birth of Chablis wines, blending fruit from select historic terroirs within the Chablis Village appellation chosen for their differing sun exposure and soil. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is built for five to ten years of aging.

Precise and uncompromisingly mineral, Saint Martin embodies what Laroche considers the essence of Chablis.

Pairing Recommendation

Recommended as an aperitif, and with seafood, small crustaceans, and fish. Best served at 12-14°C.
