Domaine Val de Caire is an organic estate in Rognes, in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, open to visitors for cellar tours and tastings. The Tradition rosé blends 50% Grenache, 42% Cinsault, and 8% Syrah; the hand-picked grapes are destemmed and crushed, direct-pressed, fermented at 16°C with malolactic fermentation halted, and aged in stainless steel tanks.
