Champagne Pertois-Moriset is a family grower estate based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, now run by third-generation Cécile and Vincent. Les Quatre Terroirs is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs blending Chardonnay from four Côte des Blancs Grand Cru villages — Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, and Chouilly — from vines averaging 43 years old across 12.20 hectares. The blend combines 70% of the current harvest with 30% perpetual reserve wines: the year's wines are vinified in stainless steel and barrel, the reserve wines in oak vats and stainless steel. The cuvée rests a minimum of 24 months on the lees and is finished at an Extra-Brut dosage under 3.0 g/L.
