Run by the Thirot family - now in its fourth generation - Domaine de la Tonnellerie farms 13 hectares on the stony clay and limestone slopes above the village of Bue, one of Sancerre's classic communes.
Tasting Notes
A textbook Sancerre: citrus and peach aromatics over a mineral, flinty backbone, with bright underlying acidity balanced by a supple, refreshing finish.
