Profile & Story
Pommery, founded in Reims in 1858, is credited with pioneering the bone-dry Brut style that came to define modern Champagne. POP is the house's playful single-serve format - a 187ml bottle with a real cork, meant to be opened and enjoyed straight from the bottle.
Tasting Notes
A blend of the three Champagne grapes - Pinot Noir for roundness, Chardonnay for freshness, Pinot Meunier for fruit - built around a majority of reserve wines. Rich and firmly structured for its size, with notes of apple, orange, and lemon leading to a clean, creamy finish.
