Feudo Montoni is a certified-organic estate in central Sicily whose baglio dates to 1469, now run by third-generation Fabio Sireci. 'Grillo della Timpa' comes from the Timpa cru, a vineyard on a slope exceeding 70% at roughly 700 feet elevation that gives excellent sun exposure and natural drainage; the wine rests six months sur lie with batonnage in cement.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with green reflections, showing white peach and loquat on the nose alongside Sicilian broom, jasmine, and almond blossom; the palate is fresh and persistent with remarkable acidity balanced against the alcohol.
