Raventos i Blanc, farmed by the same family in Catalonia's Penedes since 1497, left the Cava DO in 2012 to found the Conca del Riu Anoia classification, dedicated to traditional-method sparkling wine of place. Blanc de Blancs blends the estate's three native varieties -- Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada -- from the historic Vinya del Llac vineyard.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse; citrus and orchard-fruit aromas lead to a structured, mineral palate with bright acidity and a long finish.
