Weingut von Winning is a historic VDP estate in Deidesheim, Pfalz, founded in 1849. Its 'Sauvignon Blanc II' draws on a handful of sites around Deidesheim and Kallstadt - Deidesheimer Paradiesgarten and Herrgottsacker, and Kallstadter Steinacker - spanning sandy loam, red sandstone, basalt and loess soils, and is fermented in stainless steel to keep the fruit precise.
