Made by Fermi Bohigas at Finca Can Macia in Odena, where the Bohigas family has farmed the same land since 1290. This Cava Reserva blends Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada under the Cava DO.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in the glass, with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Fresh aromas of tart apple and pear meet citrus rind and white flowers, with spice notes gained through extended aging. Balanced, creamy acidity on the palate.
