One of the eighteen Cru Classes of Provence, Chateau Sainte Marguerite farms roughly 170 hectares facing the sea at La Londe-les-Maures. Created in 1999, the Symphonie cuvee blends Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle, undergoing cold skin maceration and aging on fine lees.
Tasting Notes
A delicate pearly pink with aromas of flowers, white peach, and grapefruit peel. Fresh and floral on the palate, with raspberry, strawberry, and red apple leading to a citrus-tinged finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Suited to seafood starters, grilled fish, lemon-fried squid, prawns al ajillo, or tuna empanadas.
