Domaine Paul Buisse farms its vineyards on the clay-limestone coteaux above the Cher and Loire rivers near Pouille, in the heart of Touraine, a terroir the estate has worked for four generations since 1905. This cuvee is 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes
A pale robe with green reflections opens to a complex nose of broom-flower and white peach. Refined and delicate on the palate, lively and fresh, with fine acidity carrying through a crisp finish.
