Profile & Story

Founded in Bethlehem in 1885, Cremisan is the oldest winery in the West Bank, working with grapes indigenous to Palestine. Their dry white blend combines the native Hamdani and Jandali varieties, fermented and aged on the lees for six months in stainless steel. 13% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with green reflections, showing mango, guava and papaya alongside fresh flowers, with a delicate body and lively acidity.
