Jean-Philippe Padie has farmed certified organic and biodynamic vineyards around Calce, in the Roussillon, since 2003, working more than 30 parcels across clay, limestone and silex soils. The red Tourbillon de la Vie is a Grenache-led blend given a week of whole-cluster maceration in stainless steel before pressing; the cuvee takes its name from the Jeanne Moreau song at the heart of Truffaut's Jules et Jim.
