Profile & Story

Vincent Lafage farms organic vineyards on the edge of the Cotes Catalanes in Canet-en-Roussillon, right on the Mediterranean coast. The Primal Rouge is a gentle pressing of 100% Syrah, fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in stainless steel on the fine lees, bottled unfiltered with no added sulfites.

Tasting Notes

Light and lively, with Ocean Spray cranberry, tangerine skin and dried hibiscus.
