Riccardo Zanotto has run this small, certified-organic estate on the hills above Conegliano since 1984, working with a network of like-minded organic growers across the Marca Trevigiana. Rivolto blends Glera (85%) with a touch of Chardonnay (15%) from vineyards at the foot of the Asolo hills near Montebelluna, made by the Charmat method with indigenous yeast and finished with twenty days of bottle aging before release. 11% ABV.
