Bottega Vinaia is an estate-bottled line from the Cavit winery in Trentino, Italy, drawing on grapes from roughly 120 hectares of high-altitude, family-farmed vineyards - a small, hand-selected portion of Cavit's broader holdings - tended by about 250 dedicated growers under chief winemaker Fabrizio Marinconz. Trentino's rocky, well-draining soils and cool alpine air, shielded from Lake Garda's warm 'Ora' breeze, give the fruit bright acidity and pronounced aromatics.
