Cinzano's Prosecco D.O.C. is produced in the Veneto using the Charmat method, blending 85% Glera with Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay, harvested in September from Veneto vineyards.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in color with a fine, persistent mousse; the nose is fruity, floral, and slightly herbaceous with notes of green apple and pear, while the palate is fresh and mild with good persistence.
