Champagne Drappier, based at Urville in the Cote des Bar, built its reputation on Pinot Noir. The Brut Nature is 100% Pinot Noir with no dosage — only the wine's natural residual sugar, under 2 grams per bottle — and is made with an absolute minimum of sulphur so the wine can express itself fully.

Tasting Notes

Crisp and at the same time ripe fruit on the nose. The palate is upright and pure, with abundant finesse and freshness, flavours of white fruit and toast, and a rich aftertaste.
