Our 2022 vintage is made solely from pinot noir from the acclaimed Triska Vineyard (90 pts Wine Spectator,) a small estate vineyard gently farmed by Darcie Kent and her family. It was made according to the exacting traditions of Champagne by master winemaker Julian Halasz.
Tasting Notes
A thick mousse of bubbles, with aromas of buttery croissant, jicama, and candied lemon. Notes of tangy raspberry, lemon seed, and green apple are joined by a pleasing minerality.
