Ercole is a line of everyday Piedmontese wines created in partnership with a long-established cooperative of small family growers in Monferrato -- the historic birthplace of Barbera. The Rosato blends 65% Barbera and 35% Dolcetto from vines 30-50 years old, farmed under EU lotta integrata standards with many parcels certified organic; brief skin contact gives the wine its pale pink color.
