Les Deux Moulins is a Loire Valley label created by Joshua Adler of Paris Wine Company, sourcing small-lot Loire wines under 'The Good Wine Project.' This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is grown on gravel and schist soils between Anjou and Tours and vinified at cold temperature in stainless steel to highlight its fruit-forward character.
